And it was chilly too for the end of May. It felt like it rained for forty days and nights, maybe an exaggeration but true. I think all told it was 5 days, but that was enough!

I had time to make another loaf of sourdough bread yesterday. Again, the inside tastes great, the crust still needs to be worked on. Back to more recipes and videos. Not going for perfection, just something that is enjoyable.
